Who this is for

You tutor academic subjects, test prep, an instrument, or a language, and you're good at it — students improve, parents say thank you, a few even refer their friends. The problem is how you're selling it: you're one more profile on a marketplace, priced by the hour, sorted by rating next to a dozen other tutors offering the same session length for a few dollars less. There's no packaged program with a name, a length, and a stated result — just "book another session and we'll see." You have real teaching skill. You don't have an offer.

Step 1 — Get your Context Files

Start with the $1 Starter Kit. It hands you the first Context Files — an offer spec, a student/parent avatar, and a pain-map — and for tutoring, the pain-map is the one that matters most. It names the real frustration underneath "we need a tutor": a stressed parent who's already tried a homework app and a cheap marketplace tutor, seen no measurable movement, and is starting to worry the deadline (the exam, the report card, the trip abroad) will arrive with nothing to show for the money spent. Or an adult learner who's downloaded three language apps, stalled at the same plateau each time, and wants to actually hold a conversation, not collect another streak badge. The offer spec turns "I tutor algebra" or "I teach conversational Spanish" into something specific and priced — an 8-week grade-recovery program, a 6-week SAT math sprint, a 12-week conversational-fluency program — with a defined start, a defined end, and a defined result.

Step 2 — The minimal stack for a tutoring offer

  • Claude Code (agent) reads your Context Files as a spec and builds a diagnostic or placement quiz plus the onboarding flow behind it — so a new student is placed at the right starting point and walked through setup automatically, instead of you asking the same intake questions over email every time.
  • Lovable (builder) turns your offer spec and avatar file into a program landing page fast, built around the named program and its stated result instead of a generic "book a session with me" marketplace-style profile.
  • Make (automation) handles the logistics around the actual teaching: booking a student into the program, sending onboarding materials, texting session reminders, and triggering progress check-ins at set points in the program — no manual calendar juggling.
  • Canva (creative) turns your offer spec into a program one-pager plus results and testimonial graphics — a clear "here's the program, here's what students achieve" visual instead of a stock "learn with me" banner.

Step 3 — Which Levels to unlock next

  • Level 1 — Offer Architecture gives you your niche research, a sharper student or parent avatar, a full 7-layer pain map, your big promise, your unique mechanism, and an offer stack — the difference between "tutoring sessions" and a named program a parent or adult learner feels is built specifically for their situation.
  • Level 2 — Production turns that architecture into shippable assets: landing-page HTML for your program page, a 90-second explainer script walking through how the program works, a 5-email nurture sequence for parents or learners who aren't ready to enroll yet, and ad copy for when you're ready to reach beyond your current marketplace listing.

Starter Kit → Level 1 → Level 2 is typically enough to move from "another hourly tutor" to a program with its own name and its own page.

Step 4 — Ship it

Hand your Level 1 and Level 2 Context Files to Lovable to build the program landing page — the one you point new inquiries to instead of a marketplace profile buried among dozens of others. Give Claude Code the same files to build the diagnostic quiz and onboarding flow, so every new student gets placed correctly and walked through setup without an email back-and-forth. Wire Make so a booked student automatically receives onboarding materials, gets session reminders, and is prompted for a progress check-in at the milestones your program defines. Use Canva, guided by your offer spec, to produce the one-pager and results graphics that show a prospective parent or learner exactly what past students achieved.

None of the tools are guessing at your program. They're building from files you already wrote once.

Start with the Starter Kit

If your teaching gets results but your offer still reads as "book an hour," the $1 Starter Kit gives you the Context Files to package a real program once and let your AI tools handle the page, the onboarding, and the follow-up.
